Het Schimmengebied is a radio show hosted by Duistere Bardo every first Thursday of the month from 23.00 till 0.00 on Radio Tonka. You can listen to the show live through 92.0 FM in the The Hague, and world wide through www.radiotonka.org.
During the show you can expect a broad selection of music ranging from dark ambient, electro, industrial and melancholic jazz to breakcore and experimental noise, and now and then Duistere Bardo also lures in guests to accompany him during these eerie hours on the radio. Furthermore the show is occasionally enriched with talks about any topic of momentary interest, from deep political-philosophical reflections on the declining state of society, to the eternally wondrous characteristics of trees, birds and lingering ghosts found in the meadows and forests surrounding The Hague.
